People with disabilities are one of the groups that may be discriminated against due to their physical or mental limitations. The principle of non-discrimination, as one of the fundamental principles governing the field of human rights regarding the right to employment of this group, requires the governments to take special action regarding the standardization and implementation of protective laws and regulations. Revolution and the special emphasis of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the government's commitment to providing employment to all Iranian citizens, including people with disabilities, despite the many efforts made in this regard, the existing reality with the ideal situation is far away. In this research, which was carried out through descriptive and analytical method and through library sources, The right to employment of people with disabilities was examined in the framework of international and regional human rights documents with Iranian laws. Based on this, it seems that Iran's Law in supporting the disabled in enjoying the right to employment is far from international documents, including the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
