The right to a healthy environment is one of the recognized human rights. Because a healthy environment leads to the health and hygiene of society. Efforts to protect the environment will eliminate many physical and mental diseases. Therefore, to achieve this goal, there must be mechanisms to promote environmental protection. Although the legal and criminal enforcement guarantees recognized in the laws help achieve this goal and are necessary and essential, they are not sufficient. In this article, which has been conducted in a descriptive and analytical manner by referring to library and internet resources, it is assumed that in addition to these two enforcement guarantees, the approach of legal entities towards the environment should change and the environment should be recognized as one of the beneficiaries of this group, and also that identifying social responsibility in the articles of association of companies can contribute significantly to preserving the environment and, as a result, preserving the health of society. In the present article, after examining the legislative policy and criminal and civil enforcement guarantees, an attempt has been made to examine their impact on the health of society and then to present the necessary solutions for improving the health of society through other enforcement guarantees. .
