Abstract
The right to health is one of the examples of human rights that is directly and indirectly related to other examples of human rights such as the right to life, the right to freedom, etc. With the passage of time and the introduction of modern technologies and the resulting change in human lifestyles, an interconnected network of examples of human rights has been formed. Some examples of human rights, such as the right to health, have a fundamental characteristic that in the process of guaranteeing and protecting them, a set of substantive and structural norms and regulations must be foreseen together. In a sense, the right to health cannot be studied independently and separately from other examples of human rights. The findings of the present study, which have been collected using a descriptive and analytical method and library tools, show that, in the space of international human rights as well as domestic law, the right to health is considered as one of the parts of the health protection system; And currently, to ensure the highest level of health, we should not move towards expanding the instances and subject area of the right to health, but rather we should take steps towards designing a coherent system to protect health.
