Abstract
Human security, within the framework of international law, encompasses a multifaceted approach and requires a biosphere-wide perspective for its advancement. This concept aligns with the Millennium Development Goals, which emphasize that the sustainability of human life depends on protecting and adhering to these principles. Key among these principles are health and safety on one hand and environmental protection on the other, both of which hold critical importance and influence each other significantly. It raises the question: what structure or framework governs their interaction? This study adopts a descriptive and analytical methodology, grounded in extensive library research, to explore this issue. Furthermore, it investigates relevant international standards to shed light on treaty processes and the associated human rights aspects. In this context, the interplay between environment and health is examined as two crucial dimensions of human security. In this context, the right to health is analyzed within the framework of the global health system.
